We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead and oversee all marketing activities related to the sales of Shared Ownership and Market Sale tenures. This is a fantastic opportunity to drive marketing strategies and contribute to the success of our development projects.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute marketing and PR strategies for new build schemes focused on Shared Ownership and Market Sale tenures.
* Plan and track the performance of all marketing activities, ensuring alignment with sales objectives.
* Collaborate with the team to produce high-quality written content, including blog posts, press releases, brochures, and digital marketing materials.
* Monitor and control marketing budgets with associated reporting.
* Assist in the planning and execution of sales arenas, working closely with sales colleagues and managing third-party contractors as needed.
* Lead advertising campaigns, ensuring legal compliance and timely delivery.
* Manage and maintain content for the website, maximizing engagement and performance.
* Innovate new marketing approaches for our new homes.
* Produce press releases and case studies, managing the creation of media materials in collaboration with external consultants.
* Maintain stock levels of literature and brand assets, managing a structured marketing asset library.
* Organize and promote events such as open days and home shows, attending events as required.
* Enhance social media presence for maximum visibility and ROI.
* Monitor and analyse the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, shaping future activities based on data-driven insights.
* Stay informed on relevant legislation and ensure compliance across all marketing activities.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Experience managing a property marketing team.
* Proven experience in direct B2C marketing within a new homes sales environment.
* Demonstrated ability to plan and deliver sales arenas for new homes.
* Degree-level education, CIM qualifications, or equivalent experience.
* Strong background in organizing promotional events, social media, and digital marketing.
* Full UK driver's license and access to own car.
