Your key responsibilities as the Director of Asset Management Sales will include: Driving pipeline, bookings, and attaining targets through programmatic execution against the GTM plan. Implementing granular territory planning to optimize growth by aligning market opportunities, client segments, and resource deployment. Partnering with specialist sales to bring the voice of the customer into the roadmap and drive demand in collaboration with marketing and BDRs. Leading cross-functional business initiatives to drive shared execution and executive support. Creating and implementing a sales excellence culture focused on achievement, client and market knowledge, high engagement, energy, and professionalism. Utilizing data-driven insights to refine sales tactics and improve overall sales effectiveness and efficiency. You will need the following experience and skills to join us as the Director of Asset Management Sales: You have experience leading a sales team and selling complex solutions with multi-year contracts and phased implementation programs. You have a track record in SaaS technology sales, preferably within the financial sector. You ideally bring an existing network in the asset management segment, which would be a significant plus.
