Commercial / Contracts Administrator, Dunmurry, £25k
We are working with a successful contractor who is delivering contracts on behalf of a leading social housing organisation to recruit for their new Commercial / Contracts Administrator to join them in Dunmurry.
Supporting the Operations Manager and working within a supportive team, you will be responsible for:
1. Ordering from suppliers for projects
2. Assisting in accurate works planning
3. Issuing stock for projects
4. Collating and providing customer invoices
5. Monthly reporting for management
6. Planning and organising staff travel and accommodation
7. Effectively dealing with telephone calls from customers, all other staff, and individuals or organisations, taking messages, ensuring follow-up, and resolving any problems as appropriate.
What we are looking for:
1. 3+ years’ experience within a similar role
2. Confident IT skills
3. Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
