Salary: Up to 30,000

Position: Full-time, permanent
Capio Recruitment is working on behalf of a well-established, ADS law firm in Bristol that is seeking an experienced Employment Paralegal to join their growing team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and ambitious individual to gain experience by holding responsibility for a diverse and challenging contentious caseload. Key Responsibilities:
1. Gain hands on experience advising on a diverse range of employment law matters such as:
1. Unfair dismissal claims
2. Discrimination and whistleblowing
3. Advising on employee handbooks and employment contracts
4. Providing advisory HR services and handling advocacy.
2. Collaborate with a friendly and inclusive team, with a strong emphasis on personal development and internal career progression.

* Understanding of Employment Law and procedure
