Responsibilities:
* Deliver the project (mechanical, electrical, structural and other subcontract works) to specification, programme and budget from conception through to client acceptance.
* Communicate contractual changes to clients and management.
* Resolve internal or external contract-related issues.
* Partner with a variety of business support functions, including customer care.
* Understand Fundamental Engineering practices to develop projects in line with best engineering practice.
Qualifications/Experience/Skills:
* Proven experience in contract management.
* Excellent leadership abilities with the capacity to build effective working relationships.
* Strong office and project management skills.
* IT knowledge, including Microsoft 365 Suite: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Projects.
* Excellent communication skills and time management skills.
* Takes pride in their work and adopts a positive attitude to work.
* Ability to work in a small, cross-functional team in a fast-paced environment.
