The role would be based out of the offices in Preston, managing an internal team.
Initially this role would manage a team of 4 – 6 people, with the opportunity to expand the team as required. You would be working closely with the Management team, External Sales, Internal Sales and Marketing to provide focus on the agreed products and market segments.
Salary:
£55k-£65k
Responsibilities:
• Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
• Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
• Brand and product development
• Arrange business meetings with existing and prospective customers
• Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
• Use data and analytics to develop strategies to increase revenue and market share
• Provide feedback and after-sales support
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
• Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople
You will be responsible for helping to obtain better brand recognition and financial growth. You will also co-ordinate with sales management & marketing to review current market trends to propose new business ideas that can improve revenue and margins.
You will be managing an Internal Business Development team and working closely with other Sales Representatives to identify and close new business deals or expand existing business opportunities. You are expected to have good customer service skills and a strong understanding of the company’s products and services in the hydraulics and pneumatics.
