Accept Service paperwork, following agreed processes and procedures to ensure accuracy of information Setting up new cases on behalf of a law firm. Reviewing documentation. Dealing with incoming mail. Role requires data entry and validation of information so accuracy and attention to detail is critical Liaising with Courts, Clients and Claimant solicitors by telephone in order to clarify received or missing information Handling confidential information in line with the firm's data security protocols Answering a handful of inbound calls from clients each day. Making outgoing calls to clients to obtain missing information.
