Main Purpose:
Project Management:
Take on a project management role for a number of projects across the UK terminals, primarily at Westerleigh and Theale
Develop a wide variety of projects throughout their full lifecycle, from initiation to closure, ensuring the correct procedures and processes are followed.
Produce scopes of work, undertake detailed design, acquire quotations and select appropriately qualified contractors, following the company’s procurement processes
Undertake tender processes for large scale works and put forward recommendations to the tender committee
Support the Operations teams in handling contractor’s on-site activities, ensuring they are completed safely to the required standard
Develop benefit management plans
Ensure diligent management of change throughout any change to process or procedure
HSEQ:
Review method statements and risk assessments for works undertaken at the terminals to ensure all work is carried out safely and in-line with company procedures
Participate in safety reviews, including MARAs, HAZOPs and LOPAs, to ensure continued safe operation of the Terminals
Technical Support:
Provide technical support to assist in resolving issues that develop on terminal systems
Develop and maintain P&IDs for the terminal’s systems
Maintain equipment documentation and records
Undertake routine inspections of the terminals. Investigate areas of potential improvement and assess opportunities. Collate & analyse data in order to improve projects.

The role would suit a fresh graduate with a degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering and a years’ industry experience. Applicants educated to HND level in a related field with 1-2 years relevant experience will also be considered as the company are committed to nurturing talent and supporting professional growth within our organisation.

Considerations:
12. A full UK drivers’ license and eligibility to work in the UK are essential for this post
13. The role will be primarily based at the Westerleigh office, but regular site visits to the Theale terminal is expected in order to oversee project delivery. There will be occasional need to travel further afield
14. Though primarily office based, this role will also require extensive work on site
