Job summary
Combe Coastal Practice isundertaking a significant management restructure due to the retirement of someof its senior management team.
The current Business Manager role isbeing vacated by an experienced manager who is due to finish the roleat the end of December 2024.
As part of this exciting andvisionary restructure we are looking for an individual who is willing to join as part of the new management structure.
This role is advertised for20-24hrs spread over 3-4 days as per the business need. Specific hours and covercan be discussed at interview stage.
As this is a full management restructure process thehours and responsibilities may alter slightly based on the interview andselection process. Therefore please be aware that at this stage the JobSpecifications are for illustrative purposes for the positions and roles.

Job responsibilities
To use expertise in strategic planning andbusiness development to horizon scan and align business objectives withnational opportunities and operational delivery.
The post holder will take management responsibilityfor the specific Strategic Pillar, working alongside a designated GP Partnerwith protected time to develop, manage and initiate the specific work streams. Theywill not be expected to manage the clinical or administrative team but will developnew ways of working, design systems of working and implement change management.They will be expected to work within professional boundaries and contractualrequirements, reporting directly to the Partnership Board for approval andimplementation. This role will include reporting back to registeredorganisations, commissioners, and health partners.
