Role Overview: As a Children Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in supporting students with a diverse range of special educational needs. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Collaborating closely with teachers to cater to individual student requirements.
2. Assisting students during classroom activities, ensuring their engagement and understanding.
3. Providing one-on-one support to students with personal care and Social Emotional needs
4. Implementing behavior management strategies and maintaining a positive learning environment.

About School: Catering for children and young people aged 5 yrs to 19 yrs who have a range of complex and significant learning needs, Autism, Challenging Behaviour and Complex Needs.

Qualifications and Experience: To excel in this role, you should have:

1. A genuine passion for working with students with special educational needs.
2. Excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt to varying student needs.
3. Minimum 1 yr of experience working in a school or care setting in the UK (Mandatory)
