Business & Private EA Mostly remote/1 day per week in London £50,000 - £60,000 We are looking for a proactive and experienced EA to provide business and private support to a distinguished client with a rich background in British politics, international relations, and public speaking. The individual is an inspiring and forward-thinking public figure, requiring a dedicated EA to manage a demanding schedule that includes frequent international travel across multiple time zones and a dynamic, ever-changing diary. While London-based, the Principal will frequently travel to Switzerland (their primary base starting next year) and Connecticut. The ideal EA will have exceptional attention to detail, impeccable time management, and outstanding organisational and logistical skills. Adaptability, multitasking, and the ability to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment are essential. This mostly remote EA role calls for someone who is confident working autonomously, with flexibility to attend meetings in London once every one to two weeks as needed. Key EA Responsibilities Diary & Schedule Management: Serve as the primary point of contact, overseeing complex diary management and scheduling, including engagements with high-profile stakeholders and VIPs. Travel Coordination: Arrange intricate international travel plans, including flight bookings, visa applications, and accommodations, with flexibility for last-minute changes. Meeting Coordination: Organise conference and video calls across varying time zones, ensuring schedules align with shifting priorities. Comprehensive Business Support: Assist with various aspects of the client’s professional ventures, including podcasts, media appearances, speaking engagements, book and podcast tours, and financial/tax record organisation. Media & Event Coordination: Handle media requests, event inquiries, and negotiations. Plan events, including drafting briefings, speeches, and communications. Information Management: Prepare briefing materials and essential documentation, ensuring the client is fully equipped daily. Systems & Processes: Maintain and refine office systems for efficiency. Personal Assistance: Manage personal appointments such as medical and dental visits, organise celebrations, holidays, and liaise with the client’s partner’s assistant as needed. Financial Tasks: Manage invoicing using Xero. EA Requirements: Demonstrated experience as an EA at a global level, particularly in c-suite or international contexts. Proficiency in using workplace technology, including Gmail Calendar. Familiarity with Xero for invoicing (preferred). A self-starter with initiative and the ability to anticipate challenges and devise solutions. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Calm under pressure, flexible, and decisive with a high standard of execution. Strong emotional intelligence and ability to foster trust and rapport with stakeholders.
