We are seeking a talented individual to join our Commercial & Corporate (C&C) UK Operations & Technology team at Marsh. This role will be based in Leeds. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
Please note, this will be a Fixed Term Contract role, with an end date of 31 December 2025.
The primary focus of this role is to support the Complaints Team and the Business, ensuring all complaints are managed in line with Complaint Handling Procedures and Regulatory requirements.
In addition, you will support the wider Operations & Technology team with general administration work and adhoc tasks depending on wider team requirements.

We will count on you to:
* Manage all complaint notifications, ensuring appropriate stakeholders are engaged in respect of complaint handling and comply with regulatory deadlines.
* Acknowledge complaints which will be managed by the Complaints Team.
* Support with complaint updates as required by regulatory guidelines.
* Assist branches as required to help resolve complaints within three days where possible liaising with complaints advocates as required
* Assist with complaint investigations as and when required.
* Collate, analyse and report complaint related data when required
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory and complaint precedents
* Assist with root cause analysis and work with the Complaints Team and the Business to ensure any learnings are provided and process improvements are embedded within the business moving forward.
What you need to have:
* Excellent accuracy and attention to detail with good planning and organisational skills
* Excellent Microsoft Office skills including Word and Excel
* Well established, accurate, written, verbal and interpersonal skills and ability to interact and communicate at all business levels
* Ability to build relationships with colleagues
* Self-motivation – ability to work on own and as a team player
* The ability to work to deadlines

* A working knowledge of key systems including (but not limited to) ET2, Eurosys and Acturis would be an advantage but not essential (training provided)
