The role will include liaising with internal and external clients, delivering a quick turnaround on services for external clients. To be the point of contact for clients and customers, ensuring services and products are completed in a timely and efficient manner. The Role: Consistently achieve targets and goals set Confidently deal with clients customers from initial appraisal request stage. Receive and process appraisal requests and marketing instructions from both developer and corporate clients in a timely and efficient manner. Take an active role in your team to drive and deliver success, always pushing for consistently high service standards and performance. Provide reports & recommendations along with supporting evidence where necessary to achieve objectives and goals. Recommend solutions to problems and communicate these in a timely and professional manner. Communicate confidently via telephone where possible, building upon and maintaining business relationships. Respond to emails/written communication clearly and concisely, ensuring grammatical precision. Ensure I.T systems are maintained with accurate detailed information, documents stored & maintained correctly and all communications are recorded in a clear & concise manner to give a good audit trail. Ensuring at all times that we adhere to and meet the service standards and service levels that our clients expect on a client specific basis. Communicate professionally and effectively with all parties (internal and external) to ensure that we are portrayed in the best possible light. Responsibilities Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase offerings. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for achieving sales targets. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth. Prepare and present sales reports to management, highlighting performance and areas for improvement. Qualifications Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to build and maintain client relationships Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools Excellent negotiation and closing skills Knowledge of market trends and customer needs analysis Hours and Pay: £24,000, with OTE £30,500 (uncapped commission).
