We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team as the Clinical Team Manager and ensure we are delivering outstanding services to the children and young people of Wiltshire and BaNES. The service is based in Melksham and triages all requests for service in to the team for young people up to 18 years old who experience a range of difficulties associated with their mental health.
You will hold overall management responsibility for all aspects of service delivery and operational matters for the Wiltshire and BaNES CAMHS Single Point of Access (SPA). We are working towards a culture where services from across the whole system (including health, education and social care) come together and work together to deliver positive and seamless experiences of care to children, young people and families.
In this hugely important team role, you’ll manage and supervise a diverse group of staff from a range of professional backgrounds, provide great leadership with enthusiasm for service transformation and determination to provide outstanding quality of care, ensuring that children and young people are kept at the heart of everything we do. You’ll be responsible for coordinating and motivating the team, having robust oversight of waiting lists and working with key colleagues to ensure continuity of service.
With great communication and organisation skills, and a flexible ‘can-do’ approach, you will work as an integral member of the leadership team across BaNES, Swindon and Wiltshire, providing management cover for other team managers as required and participating in the BaNES, Swindon and Wiltshire Out of Hours On-Call Manager’s Rota.
