About the role
:
The B-Hive is an in-house creative agency bringing to life the creative needs of some of the most recognizable brandsin the beauty industry including No7, Soap & Glory, Liz Earle and Boots own brand. We combine the capability of an external creative and production team, with the speed, flexibility, and in-depth brand knowledge of an in-house set-up, underpinned by years of experience dedicated to Boots and No7 Beauty Company.
The Senior Agency Project Manager is the key connector between the client managers, external agencies and resource management teams on larger, more complex and/or critical projects. They are responsible for managing and supporting the delivery of assets to brief owner or channel and also connect across agencies including media buying and production to ensure all deliverables are correctly defined, created and land on time. They report directly to the Head of Agency Operations.
1. Responsible for how the B-Hive manages larger, more complex and/or critical projects (with the Head of Agency Operations); leads project management best practice on these ley projects
2. Works with Senior client managers and production managers to build, own and operate our agency project management process and procedures, including managing APMs
3. Responsible for creating, owning and running project plans for on larger, more complex and/or critical projects.
4. Build project plans according to establish process, but adapting to specific client and timing
5. Negotiate resource time and commitment with operations team according to client need
6. Responsible for ensuring project runs to schedule and deliverables land on time
7. Supports client manager in project comms, but may need to communicate directly with clients
8. Involved more directly in checking and delivery of assets to clients and to and from other agencies and media partners across multiple platforms, than a conventional project manager
9. Manages the work of Agency Project Managers
What you’ll need to have:
10. Senior Project management experience or other appropriate delivery experience in a creative agency or business
11. Experience working with media buying and planning teams is essential
12. Experience managing a production house or working in a production studio a plus
13. Demonstrate strong experience and understand of digital asset management & delivery
14. Experience in communication with clients and resource negotiation
15. Strong ability to understand, map and plan processes, turning them into robust project plans
16. Likely to hold a degree, or equivalent apprenticeship or experience in a creative, business, process or similar field
17. Highly Comfortable working in a fluid creative environment where plans change rapidly
18. Can bring teams (and peers) together around complex process planning, creating robust systems for all critical projects to build on
