Recruitment Consultant/Accounts Co-ordinator - Temporary Recruitment Services
Location: Totton, days Monday to Friday 8.30-5pm (no on call evening or weekend working, generous commission scheme)

The Opportunity
We're looking for an ambitious and driven Trainee/Recruitment Consultant to work alongside our small yet dynamic and collaborative team at our brand new serviced offices in Totton, Southampton, working in partnership with clients and candidates across Hampshire and the surrounding areas.
You will help further grow our established operation while learning best practices within our industry, focusing on recruitment services for the temporary driving/logistics and warehousing/industrial markets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage and develop outstanding client and candidate relationships.
2. Provide first-class and timely candidate resourcing for all temporary positions while building candidate pipelines for future roles.
3. Provide consultancy/resourcing support for some of our key account clients.
4. Effective administration management for candidate screening/registrations, reference checking.
5. Help support the branch and the wider business by seeking additional commercial opportunities and revenue streams.

What will you need?
1. Previous recruitment admin/resourcing/consultancy experience (ideally) or experience in a fast-paced, business to business client facing position.
2. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
3. Proactive and results-driven, able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced role.
4. Strong admin and organizational abilities and IT/system skills.
5. Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and compliance.
