They are looking for an experienced individual to oversee all maintenance operations across multiple properties, ensuring that their guests enjoy a seamless and comfortable stay.
Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day maintenance activities, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs.
Develop and implement preventative maintenance programmes Ensure the properties are correctly maintained Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for specialised services Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards Qualifications: Must have worked in a maintenance position in the hospitality market (experience maintaining hotels, aparthotels or serviced apartments) Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Knowledge of safety and regulatory compliance Must be able to drive and take the tube as needed
