A leading global engineering company is looking to recruit a highly motivated Information Management Business Analyst to work as part of a cross-disciplinary team within Digital & IT located at Hinkley Point.
About the role:
* Identifying and documenting HPC Project Business information requirements
* Working closely with the Information Management Lead, Information Architect and Development Team to provide consistent gathering/delivery of information requirements to resolve complex business challenges
* Acting as a bridge between business and digital organisation and guiding the business through the relevant Information Management services.
* Supporting the development of HPC Information Management tools, processes and procedures
* Supporting the development of communication and guidance material to build knowledge and understanding of Information Management across HPC
What you will need:
* Demonstrate experience in delivering digital projects i.e. information requirement development, data analysis and IT system specification within complex, fast-paced capital projects environment
* Excellent engagement skills, including interviewing, facilitating workshops, mediating and presenting
* Demonstrated the ability to interface with business stakeholders from a variety of disciplines and levels, and communicate clearly to ensure HPC understands the available Information Management Services and the best way of accessing them
* Strong practical knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio
* Experience in one or more of the Information Management disciplines of Information Architecture, Information Analysis, Master Data Management, Data Administration or Database systems development would be a bonus
* Degree level or equivalent in a related subject or business relevant subject preferred
