Customer Service Account Co-ordinator
9am – 5pm, Monday to Friday
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Account Coordinator to join our dynamic team. You will be reporting directly to the Customer Service Manager and will play a crucial role in supporting our account management efforts, ensuring that our clients receive exceptional customer service and support. This position requires strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Duties
* Inputting daily orders onto the Road Runner transport management system.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing enquiries and providing updates on delivery status.
* Associated administrative tasks.
* Collaborate with the other departments to develop strategies for process improvement, and client retention and satisfaction.
* Prepare error reports and communicate to stakeholders on a daily basis.
* Maintain accurate records of client communications and transactions.
* Using strong problem solving skills you will manage client information and identify and rectify errors.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in a customer service, sales or account management role is preferred.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on building relationships.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
