We are currently seeking an experienced Administrator to join us at our office in Reading. This is a great opportunity to join a thriving multi-disciplinary consultancy business, located just a short walk away from Reading Train Station at Caversham Bridge House. Your role will include the following:- Technical Team Support: You will provide reception and general admin support to the office. Daily responsibilities will include welcoming visitors, scheduling meetings using Microsoft Outlook and arranging the meeting rooms facilities. You may be required to arrange travel, accommodation and car hire for colleagues at all levels. General Office/Facilities: You will be a point of contact for telephone enquiries and for welcoming visitors to the office. You will deal with deliveries and arrange couriers. Assist the Senior Administrator in the office running/facilities management tasks. Place orders for office supplies, stationery, PPE. Business Information Systems: You will use your IT skills to raise purchase orders, process expense claims, complete timecards and arrange meetings/communicate with colleagues using ‘Microsoft Teams. Produce PowerPoint presentations and spread sheets, report formatting and production. Print, scan, copy documents. Health, Safety, Security and Environment: You may be required to perform a role within our Emergency Response Team (e.g. Fire Warden, First Aider, Mental Health First Aider), for which training will be given. About You: You will have previous experience of working in a busy office environment and have strong skills in Microsoft Office. You will have strong communication and organisational skills. You will have a high degree of self-management, initiative, reliability and flexibility to ensure that the best possible service is given to internal and external clients.
