Job summary As a Analyst or Associate within Rates Flow Sales team, you will closely with their clients and trading desks to find unique solutions to key client problems leveraging on J.P. Morgan's top-tier trading platform. Our Rates and Derivatives business is the heart of our client franchise and one of the most profitable areas of the bank; Sales would need to work closely with diverse departments of the bank ranging from Research to Capital Markets and from Trading to Investment Banking. Job Responsibilities: Covering Direct Sales of financial institutions –Asset managers and Hedge Funds Driving Marketing and Sales efforts for Rates Cash Products – Govies, Supras, Covered Bonds and flow derivatives e.g. Swaps and Options Writing of market comments Analyzing and supporting key market events Partnering with trading, research and e-sales to originate rates flow Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills: You demonstrate previous experience in Sales and Markets with an interest in the Asset Management industry You have ability to understand and explain the global economy with good technical understanding of financial concepts You have enquiring mind, perseverance and the ability to handle a large amount of information You excel in demanding environment You demonstrate reliability and team-player personality You are proficient in using MS PowerPoint and Excel This role encompasses the performance of UK regulated activity.
