The successful candidate will provide support to the Company Nutritionists in all aspects of nutrition related tasks as part of the menu development process. This would ideally suit an individual who has a keen interest in food and nutrition, eager to develop their commercial experience.

Job Responsibilities
1. Support in managing the digital allergen solution integrated in the Greene King app and branded websites
2. Support the Food Development Chefs with nutritional and allergen related queries
3. Assist with the development of specific dietary choices and menus
4. Provide nutrition and allergen information when required to support a range of key internal departments
5. Liaising with the procurement team on product related queries
6. Review and analyse product specifications on request
7. Generating nutrition reports ensuring a high level of accuracy
8. Dealing and assisting with customer queries related to the allergen and nutritional content of our dishes
9. Attend meetings and complete minute taking when required, to support the Company Nutritionists
10. Maintaining the salt categorisation on the Master Menu building system
11. Carry out recipe analysis using McCance and Widdowson’s data source
12. Undertake any other duties that may be reasonably accepted by the post holder
