Role Overview Seeking an experienced Senior/ National Business Development Manager to drive growth in the UK for a leading global payments company. As a sole contributor, this target-driven individual will lead the sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, with a focus on expanding partnerships and customer base in the region. The role will require 2 days in the office in London, 3 days of working from home. Key Responsibilities Sales Strategy & Development : Develop and execute sales strategies to drive UK market growth. Sales Cycle Management : Manage end-to-end sales, engaging C-suite executives and key stakeholders. Partnership Building : Establish strategic partnerships with fintechs, money transfer companies, and financial institutions. Customer Value Enhancement : Address customer needs, ensuring satisfaction and fostering loyalty. Service Rollout Coordination : Collaborate on new service introductions, aligning with market needs. Lead Generation : Attend events and source leads while providing sales performance reports. CRM Tracking : Maintain accurate CRM records to track sales activity and outcomes. Market Insights & Strategy : Analyse trends to keep the company competitive. Qualifications Experience : 10-15 years in Payments, Fintech, or Financial Services, ideally in B2B sales for money remittance or PSPs. Education : Degree in Business, Economics, Management, or equivalent. Skills : CRM proficiency, adaptability, team collaboration, attention to detail, and relationship-building abilities.
