Senior professional responsible for delivering project and programme management services.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Supporting Business Unit Directors in achieving business objectives.
2. Fostering customer relationships and delivering high quality services.
3. Managing projects and/or programmes to deliver services that meet customer requirements.
4. Administering contracts and managing service delivery for profit.
5. Advising directors on issues impacting the company's professional indemnity insurance.

Requirements:
We are looking for someone with:
1. Post-qualification experience in project and/or programme management.
2. Knowledge of project management techniques and construction contracts.
3. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
4. Ability to work as part of a team and manage teams.
5. Proficiency in MS Office and ability to absorb complex information.
Qualifications:
1. MRICS, MAPM or MCIOB membership.
