Ideally, the successful candidate will come from the workplace interiors or a related industry. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage daily operations, ensuring seamless workflow and efficiency. Develop and implement logistics and supply chain strategies to optimise processes and reduce costs. Manage importing processes, including supplier negotiations, customs clearance, and compliance with international trade regulations. Lead cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide reports on operational effectiveness. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and client satisfaction. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies across all operations. What You Will Need: Minimum 5 years’ experience in logistics, operations management, and project delivery, ideally within a relevant industry. Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of building and motivating high-performing teams. Experience with importing, international trade logistics, and supply chain management. Proficiency in CRM systems, inventory management tools, and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent organisational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
