In Bath, this creates a vital opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills to ensure our ambitious retrofit programme runs smoothly from contract to completion. This isn't just about paperwork. You'll be the operational backbone of a multi-million-pound programme, coordinating between contractors, suppliers, and residents to ensure seamless delivery of energy efficiency improvements across thousands of homes. Imagine applying your organisational talents to help deliver warmer homes, reduce fuel poverty, and tackle climate change while developing specialised experience in the growing retrofit sector. What you'll be doing Be the central point of contact for contractors, suppliers, and team members, ensuring smooth communication across our Warm Homes programme Administer programme management systems, issue works orders, and track contractor delivery to ensure timely, high-quality completion Process and reconcile invoices, ensuring all work meets agreed standards before payment is approved Monitor contractor performance against KPIs, quickly identifying and flagging issues to maintain programme momentum Support procurement processes, ensuring compliance with Curo's strategies for value, quality, and customer satisfaction Manage secure storage of regulatory certificates and contract documentation, maintaining audit trails throughout the programme Coordinate customer appointments efficiently, maximising productive site visits while minimising disruption to residents Assist with customer queries and complaints, ensuring prompt resolution and positive experiences What you'll get in return Beyond a salary of £27,431 and the chance to make a real difference every day, you’ll get: 26 days annual leave per year (plus bank holidays) rising to 29 days after 3 years Your birthday off as an extra holiday Up to 10% matched pension contribution Hybrid working (3 days office, 2 days home) Flexible benefits which might include a Health Cash Plan Access to an Employee Assistance Programme for your own wellbeing. You have strong numerical and analytical skills, with the ability to work with detailed information and produce clear reports. You thrive in busy environments where you can apply your problem-solving skills and initiative to keep projects running smoothly.
