Position:Talent Acquisition Coordinator / Recruitment Coordinator
Rate:Up to £150 per day (Inside IR35)
Location:Reading
Hybrid working:1 day in the office or fully remote
Duration:3 month contract to start immediately

We are partnering with an innovative and fast-growing software company that is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Coordinator or Recruitment Coordinator to join their small team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a high-growth business, working alongside an established TA Partner to support the company’s growth.
The opportunity
As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator / Recruitment Coordinator, you will take ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle, including:
* Partnering with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs
* Writing and advertising job vacancies to attract top talent
* Screening candidates and managing interview processes
* Providing feedback and ensuring a smooth candidate experience
* Conducting right-to-work checks and overseeing onboarding
Your experience
To be successful in this position, you must have strong internal recruitment experience, ideally within the tech industry. You will have the ability to hit the ground running in a fast paced environment and be able to use your initiative to problem solve effectively. Excellent communication and stakeholder management is essential.
