Part Time Senior Support Administrator
Salary circa A GBP 15 per hour dependent on skills and experience
Home Based : able to meet in Leeds at least once a month
6:10 hours per week : Monday:Friday flexible but during office hours : potential to increase hours

Responsibilities include but limited to:
* Assist with general admin tasks, document management, and correspondence.
* Handle compliance and due diligence checks for new clients.
* Keep track of deadlines, manage schedules, and ensure efficient workflows.
* Assist with setting up new client accounts and ensuring all paperwork is completed.
* Help manage and respond to emails professionally and promptly.
* Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with regulations.
Ideal Candidate:
* Highly organised and detail:oriented, with excellent time management skills.
* Prior experience in admin, bookkeeping, or working within an accountancy firm is a plus.
* Understanding of Anti:Money Laundering (AML) compliance is desirable but not essential.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, and cloud:based systems.
* Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
