Responsibilities:
1. Speaking with agents and customers on the phone
2. Providing quotations to customers and agents
3. Booking new shipments
4. Liaising with agents and customers
5. Managing cross-trade shipments
6. Handling invoicing
Skills Required:
1. Experience working within global freight forwarding
2. Seafreight, airfreight and road freight experience
3. Excellent communication skills
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office
5. Dynamic team player
