Are you the right person for the job?
* Clean, valid UK Driving Licence
* Electricians with 18th Edition accreditation and CSCS accreditation
* Minimum 2 years of electrical & plumbing experience, with proficiency in trade-specific tasks including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, minor brickwork, and minor internal repairs
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive under pressure
* Strong problem-solving skills, technical knowledge, and organisational abilities
What will your role look like?
* Conducting monthly proactive visits to stores for joinery, electrical and plumbing repairs, maintenance, and cleaning
* Liaising with store managers to ensure timely action on required works
* Managing van stock inventory and reporting stock usage
* Responding to emergency calls within agreed SLAs
* Updating job portals and ensuring thorough audits are conducted
