We are currently working with a fantastic client, looking for Senior Support Advisors for a telephony role. Ensuring customers are enjoying their website in a safe and responsible way.
Role is on site at the office in Watford
Ideal candidates will have a passionate for customer service and experience dealing with vulnerable customers and complex situations.
An excellent telephone manner is required, with experience spotting potentially vulnerable customers and safeguarding. You will need to be able to display clear communication skills and an empathetic approach, alongside strong computer skills.
Full training will be provided.
37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday
Salary: £27,000
