About the Role
We are seeking a Vector-Borne Diseases Researcher to join our team at the Animal and Plant Health Agency. As a key member of our Vector-Borne Diseases workgroup, you will play a vital role in managing the delivery of a project on tick-borne disease.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in biology and a passion for arthropod-borne pathogen transmission. You will be responsible for combining field survey data for tick abundance with laboratory-based analysis of tick submissions, and liaising with customer-facing departments and external bodies.
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
