We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Digital Marketing Manager to join us and contribute to the growth and success of our digital presence. As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns across various channels. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with a passion for digital trends, data-driven decision-making, and a proven track record of driving results in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities 1. Digital Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. 2. Content Creation: Create and optimize compelling content for various digital platforms, including website, social media, email, and other relevant channels. 3. Social Media Management: Manage and grow our social media presence, including content planning, posting, monitoring, and engagement. 4. SEO Optimization: Conduct keyword research, on-page and off-page SEO optimization to improve organic search rankings and visibility. 6. Paid Advertising: Implement and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, etc., to drive targeted traffic and conversions. 7. Website Management: Manage multiple WordPress websites, including an eCommerce store. Responsibilities include updating products, adding new products, removing old products, updating pricing, working with manufacturers, and optimising pages to increase conversions. 8. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to improve campaign effectiveness. 9. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, sales, and product teams, to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and branding. 10. Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and digital marketing best practices to continuously improve and innovate. About You: Proven experience as a digital marketing manager or in a similar role within the technology industry. Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, strategies, and tools. Proficiency in SEO, SEM, social media platforms, email marketing, WordPress, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign, lead generation, marketing campaigns & strategies, and analytics. Creative mindset with strong written and verbal communication skills. Analytical and data-driven approach to decision-making. Experience with marketing automation tools is a plus. Experience in graphic design tools, photoshop, indesign, Canva etc Certifications in digital marketing (Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, etc.) are desirable.
