1. Planning
Prepare and plan for the development of the ELM schemes:
understanding the impact on woodlands and forests within England
collaborating with colleagues to ensure that any implications for their work area are captured and understood
Identify any opportunities and challenges this may offer for the business
2. Delivery
Support delivery of the team’s work by:
maintaining key documents such as communications and engagement plan
working with teams to update and share the risk register and actions log
managing and monitoring progress, taking appropriate action to address issues as required
ensuring as change is rolled out it is embedded in the business effectively
review guidance documents in line with Forest Services style guide, seeking input from subject matter experts as needed
