Pocket Sergeant is a multi-award-winning mobile app for police officers and legal professionals with instant access to UK law, procedures, and operational guidance. With over 20,000 subscribers and a strong reputation in the industry, we are expanding our enterprise sales to organisations.
We are now seeking a high-performing Business Development Executive with a proven track record in SaaS sales and enterprise sales to help drive growth and secure new B2B contracts.
Key Responsibilities
1. Identify and engage potential enterprise clients, including police forces, security firms, legal organisations, and training providers.
2. Pitch and sell Pocket Sergeant’s Enterprise Version, tailoring solutions to meet the needs of larger organisations.
3. Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline, proactively reaching out to key decision-makers.
4. Negotiate and close deals, ensuring long-term partnerships and high-value contracts.
5. Attend industry events and networking opportunities to generate leads and increase brand visibility.
6. Provide client feedback to influence future product development and pricing strategies.
7. Collaborate with marketing to refine sales messaging and lead generation strategies.
Who We’re Looking For
1. Proven experience in SaaS sales (minimum 2 years), with a strong track record of closing enterprise deals.
2. B2B sales experience, ideally within law enforcement, legal, or security sectors.
3. Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently.
4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
5. Experience in consultative selling, understanding customer needs, and positioning solutions accordingly.
6. Existing industry contacts in policing, security, or legal sectors (preferred but not essential).
