Lead sales and customer service teams to achieve revenue targets and deliver against key performance indicators (KPIs). Oversee budgeting, financial analysis, and profitability to support informed decision-making and maximize operational efficiency. Collaborate with internal teams across HR, marketing, finance, PLM and product development to execute go-to-market plans, pricing initiatives, and product strategies. Proactively identify and mitigate commercial risks, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with customers, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty. Requirements What We’re Looking For: Extensive experience in a senior commercial leadership role, ideally within agriculture or a closely related industry. Strong business acumen with a proven track record of delivering growth, optimising profitability, and leading successful commercial operations. Demonstrated ability to build and manage high-performing teams, while driving results through effective leadership and collaboration. A deep understanding of the agricultural market, including industry trends, customer needs, and emerging opportunities. Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, cost control, and profitability analysis. Excellent negotiation and influencing skills, with the ability to engage and persuade senior stakeholders. Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite, with strong analytical skills to interpret data and drive strategic decision-making. Requirements Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Agriculture, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree highly desirable). Experience working in a fast-paced, matrixed organisation with a focus on business development and sales growth. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage large audiences and senior leadership.
