Job Description
Armultra are looking to hire a Training Coordinator/Receptionist for their premises in Great Yarmouth.
This will be a full time permanent position.
Responsibilities
The role will include but will not be limited to:
1. Training
– Coordinating training requirements for both clients and individuals
– Organising internal training requirements
– Assisting the Trainer with any additional requirements
– Ensuring the Trainer has the required documentation ready for training to commence
– Maintaining and ensuring the Training matrix is current and up to date
– Purchasing of training equipment
– Booking external assessors for training courses (when the training course requires an external assessor)
– Maintaining accurate training records
– Sending clients and individuals the relevant certification
2. Reception
– Greeting visitors when they arrive at Armultra, this will include ensuring that all visitors are inducted on site
– Ensuring that all visitors comply with the PPE requirements on site
– Ensuring that all visitors are signed in and maintaining the visitors book
– Answering the main telephone line and directing calls through to the relevant person
– Booking meeting rooms for both internal meetings and client meetings
– Maintaining the building access system
– Assisting management with apprenticeship applications
– Assisting management with the fire evacuation process
– Sending staff working hours through to management for review
– Creating and scheduling all social media for the company
– Ordering stationary and confectionary items
– Organising lunch for clients
– General clerical duties
