Job summary An exciting opportunity has become available for an enthusiastic Neonatal Nurse to form a neonatal research team along with a neonatal consultant. The post holder will be a key member of the team and will be co-ordinate the unit's participation in national/international trials. This is a hybrid role with a minimum of 7.5 hours a week for research work and rest of the time as clinical Band 6 neonatal sister. To provide information to potential participants about studies and gain informed consent. To be a point of contact for participants and health professionals and be responsiblefor managing study data and follow-up of participants. To assist the Lead Research Neonatal Consultant in the development andimplementation of the wider Neonatal research agenda.
