We have an opportunity for an Assistant Planner with previous relevant industry experience to join us in Soho, London. Our teams specialise in a wide range of projects including large scale mixed-use regeneration, infrastructure, residential, industrial & logistics and commercial developments. You will be working alongside experienced planning professionals within one of our planning teams which deals with all planning sectors, including industrial, commercial, residential and infrastructure schemes. We will fully support candidates with a disability or long-term condition who require adjustments in our recruitment process. 3 What are you going to do Key role responsibilities Supporting the team in the delivery of a variety of planning projects including assisting with all aspects of advice, planning applications and appeals Researching and analysing planning policy and decisions, preparing representations to emerging policy and local plans Drafting reports, advice notes, planning statements and pre-application letters Preparing and submitting applications on the planning portal and monitoring applications Attending meetings and taking minutes 4 What we ask Degree or higher in relevant subject. making you eligible for RTPI membership.
