We are looking for an enthusiastic and organized person to join Vuba as an HR and Recruitment Administrator. In this role, you will be supporting the senior management with all aspects of their day-to-day tasks. You will perform a key role within the HR Team and have the opportunity to progress your career within HR & Recruitment.
Hours: Monday to Friday (Shifts to be discussed further in the interview)
40 hours a week
Duration: 1 year 6 months
Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
1. Review incoming resumes and effectively screen them.
2. Create shortlists of the best candidates by pre-screening candidates.
3. Arrange in-person interviews with the relevant interviewers/Managers.
4. Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition.
5. Liaise with line managers to fully understand the requirements for the open role and write effective job adverts and post them on various recruitment platforms.
6. Undertake appraisals, disciplinaries, and performance reviews.
7. Help with the preparation of HR reports and documentation.
8. Provide general administrative support to the HR team and work in line with HR best practices.
9. Maintain and update employee records and databases.
10. Keep up with industry standards and best practices.
11. Any other ad hoc duties.

Training
An apprenticeship includes regular training with a college or other training organisation. At least 20% of your working hours will be spent training or studying.

* Process Improvement: Identifies opportunities to improve HR performance and service.
* Managing HR Information: Maintains required HR records as part of services delivered.
* Personal Development: Keeps up to date with business changes and HR legal/policy/process changes relevant to their role.

Requirements
GCSE in:
* Maths (grade 4/C)

The Right Candidate will have:
