HOW YOU WILL FULFILL YOUR POTENTIAL The role includes, but is not limited to: Full event management responsibilities for internal and external events. Includes all lifecycle stages covering pre-event, execution and post event feedback and reporting. Event and annual budgeting, responsible for weekly approvals with global teams. Supporting recruitment, marketing and diversity initiatives across EMEA (key locations: London, Birmingham, Warsaw, Stockholm), both live and virtual Key point of contact for external sponsorships, proactively engaging partners to utilise all marketing opportunities. Liaise with engineering teams to develop content and presentation ideas. Maintain relationships with key internal stakeholders and understand core goals and objectives of the businesses supported. Support divisional marketing strategy, working closely with Executive Office, Legal, and Compliance to ensuring alignment with OneGS brand and messaging. SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE WE ARE LOOKING FOR Basic Qualifications Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining excellent attention to detail Strong communication skills both written and verbally, proven ability to build and maintain relationships Preferred Qualifications English Language - A Level or above Knowledge of MS office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel.)
