Litigation Legal Assistant / Secretary

Salary: £23,000
My client is looking to recruit an enthusiastic and competent legal secretary/assistant to join the Firm's litigation department in a full time role based in the Firm's office in Walsall.
The successful candidate must have excellent IT skills (experience with document management systems is essential), be highly organised and willing to operate in a dynamic environment. The role will involve core secretarial skills and administrative support.
Requirements:
1. Prior experience as a Legal Assistant or Secretary.
2. Excellent communication abilities and a talent for collaboration.
3. Capable of working under tight deadlines and effectively prioritising tasks.
4. Able to manage sensitive matters with discretion.
5. Strong organisational skills and a systematic approach to work.
6. Self-driven and proactive in undertaking responsibilities.
