Salary: £16.50 per hour
Are you passionate about supporting young learners in their early stages of education? Do you have the skills, qualifications, and enthusiasm to make a meaningful impact on children's development? If so, we want you to join our dynamic Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) team!
Role and Responsibilities:
* Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and creative lessons tailored to the EYFS curriculum.
* Provide one-to-one and group support to children, ensuring their individual needs are met.
* Assist in creating a nurturing, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
* Help monitor and record children's progress and share insights with the team and parents.
* Promote positive behaviour, social interaction, and emotional well-being.
* Contribute to the preparation of resources and the organization of the classroom.
Requirements:
* Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
* Proven experience working within an EYFS setting.
* A strong understanding of the EYFS framework and child development.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* A proactive, positive, and patient approach to working with children.
* A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children (subject to an enhanced DBS check).
