What You'll Bring:
* Proven experience in HR management, with a passion for developing, motivating and leading a small HR team.
* Comprehensive knowledge of employee relations cases to tribunal level and practical experience.
* Extensive experience in a similar fast-paced generalist HR role with people management responsibilities.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
* English and Maths GCSE (A-C) or equivalent.
* A proactive and results-oriented approach.
* A passion for education and making a difference.
