IFA Adminstrator We are seeking a dedicated Administrator to assist with the efficient operation of my client's office. This role involves working closely with the existing administration team and reporting directly to the Client Director and Client Manager. The position offers flexible working hours within the standard office timeframe. Day-to-day of the role: Liaise with both corporate and private clients daily, ensuring excellent service and adherence to regulatory guidelines. Act as the first point of contact for telephone calls, enquiries, and requests, handling them appropriately. Support Client Managers with all aspects of administration. Provide overflow support to other staff members as needed. Manage document control processes including scanning and saving post in line with company requirements. Prepare Client Review packs and collate necessary information for client meetings. Manage diary notes, workload, and ensure compliance with Data Protection regulations through daily disposal of shredding. Prepare new business packs for client meetings and handle the submission and follow-up of new business. Send letters of Authority to request third-party information and update registers as required. Organise and maintain diaries, make appointments, and manage correspondence. Operate standard office equipment and maintain a tidy office environment. Pursue personal development to enhance skills and knowledge relevant to the role. Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum of Grade C / 4 in GCSE Maths & English. Experience working in an Independent Financial Advice Practice is highly desirable. Intermediate IT skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle matters sensitively and confidentially. Well-organized, proactive, and able to work under pressure without supervision. Desirable: A-Level qualification or equivalent, qualification in Administration, knowledge of the Financial Services Industry, and previous administrative experience.
