Pay Rate: £14.61 - £15.38 per hour
Start Date: May 2025 (with the possibility of an earlier start)

About the Role:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with a supportive team dedicated to empowering students with special educational needs. Your responsibilities will include:
* Supporting students with learning difficulties, including autism.
* Following individual education plans, behaviour plans, and care plans.
* Assisting with personal care, daily living, and social skills while promoting equality of opportunity.
* Observing, supporting, and providing feedback to students using clear and appropriate communication.

What We're Looking For:
We're seeking candidates with:
1. A Teaching Assistant qualification (NVQ Level 2/3).
2. GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths.
3. Experience working with students with learning difficulties and challenging behaviours.
4. Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection.
