You and Your Team:
Join as a Senior Treasury Analyst, working with the Head of Treasury Finance. Your role involves supporting Treasury functions such as capital, interest rate risk, liquidity, and reporting, ensuring oversight and control.
Daily Responsibilities:
* Governance & Control: Support the creation and maintenance of Treasury policies, procedures, and monitoring registers.
* Risk Management: Establish risk assessment registers and controls.
* Reporting: Prepare reports on counterparty exposures and ensure compliance.
* Collateral Management: Reconcile and track collateral margin calls, resolving disputes promptly.
* System Management: Assist with Treasury Management System setup and management.
Preferred Skills:
* Data Analysis: Experience in data reporting and analysis.
* Regulatory Knowledge: Understanding of banking liquidity, funding, and capital requirements.
* Market Knowledge: Familiarity with wholesale funding markets and regulations.
* Treasury Experience: Background in Treasury within financial institutions.
* Communication: Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Financial & Accounting Knowledge: Understanding of markets, instruments, and accounting principles.
* Time & Project Management: Excellent organisational and decision-making skills.
* Process Improvement: Proven ability to develop efficiencies.
