About The Role
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and thrive in a fast-paced environment? We’re seeking a skilled and proactive Customer Service Coordinator to join our dynamic team. With a focus on timely communication, efficient order processing, and effective problem-solving, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth operations and outstanding customer satisfaction. If you have strong organisational skills, experience in customer service (preferably within manufacturing or construction), and a knack for building positive relationships, we’d love to hear from you!
About Your Role
1. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and essential information for all customer interactions.
2. Serve as the first point of contact for all customer inquiries, ensuring all communications are handled in a timely and efficient manner to provide exceptional customer service.
3. Process customer orders proficiently and accurately within the appropriate time frames.
4. Oversee the generation of quotes and provide pricing information to merchant stockists, collaborating with external sales teams when necessary to meet customer and business needs.
5. Proactively identify and resolve issues as they arise to ensure smooth operations.
6. Handle delivery and invoice queries proficiently, ensuring swift and effective resolution.
We're Looking For
1. At least 2 years of experience in a customer service role.
2. Ideally, previous experience within the manufacturing and/or construction industry.
3. Proficient IT skills and experienced in using CRM systems.
4. Proven ability to handle customer complaints effectively and professionally.
5. A pro-active thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
6. Excellent planning, organising and task implementation skills with a high degree of accuracy.
7. Strong communication skills for interacting with internal and external contacts.
