Were looking for a Quality Manager to join our Southern Water team based in Falmer, where youll be working on our new 7 year, c£1bn framework with Southern Water. Location: Falmer, East Sussex Contract: Permanent, Full-time What will you be responsible for? As a Quality Manager, youll be working within the Southern Water team, ensuring that our design and build activities across water and wastewater projects consistently meet or exceed customer expectations. Youll be crucial role in ensuring compliance to internal and external standards, and will be are instrumental in maintaining the overall assurance strategy. What will your day to day in this role look like? Your day to day will include: Developing and implementing quality assurance plans and processes. Ensuring compliance with industry standards, regulations, and client-specific requirements. Leading quality audits and coordinating external audits from regulatory bodies or customers. Identifying areas for process improvement and work with relevant teams to implement changes. What are we looking for? This role of Quality Manager is great for you if: You have a relevant degree (or equivalent) and experience within regulated utilities, infrastructure, or the built environment sector. You possess Chartered Status in a relevant professional body and have in-depth knowledge of quality management in your field. You have a strong understanding of Health & Safety legislation, including HSWA and CDM regulations, as well as NEC3NEC4 contractual awareness.
