A non-maintained special school in Ashford, Kent is seeking a dedicated and passionate KS3 Teacher to join its experienced team. The school provides high-quality education for young people with a range of special educational needs, including:
Autistic Spectrum Conditions (ASC)
Social, Emotional & Mental Health (SEMH)
Speech, Language & Communication Needs
Sensory Processing Needs
Trauma & Attachment Difficulties
Oppositional Defiant Disorder (ODD)

The Ideal Candidate Will:
Be a qualified teacher (QTS/QTLS) with experience or a strong interest in SEN education
Have a patient, resilient, and nurturing approach to teaching
Be confident in differentiating the curriculum to meet individual needs
Have strong behaviour management skills and a trauma-informed approach
Be able to build positive and trusting relationships with students, families, and colleagues
Drive and have access to a vehicle (essential due to location)
